Brisbane's endless property boom appears to be finally slowing down, with house prices increasing by just 12.4 percent since December last year, according to figures released by the Australian Bureau Of Statistics and property reporters.
Despite prices continuing to climb, the figures which were released on Tuesday show the rate of growth has fallen by three percent since the previous quarter.
